• Payment details: plan, amount and transaction IDs. Card/UPI details are processed by Razorpay — we never store them.
• Contact form messages you send us.
• Basic usage data such as pages visited, to improve the service.

How we use it

• To create and manage your account and credits.
• To process payments and send invoices.
• To reply to support queries and improve ReachHop.

Your broadcast contacts

Contact lists you import for WhatsApp campaigns are used only to deliver your campaigns. We do not sell or share them.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run ReachHop (hosting, authentication, Razorpay for payments), or when required by law.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
