By creating an account or buying a plan on ReachHop (operated by Zentryx Tech Solutions), you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

• Send messages only to people who have agreed to hear from your business.
• No spam, fraud, illegal, abusive or misleading content.
• Follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended without refund.

Plans and credits

• Monthly plans add the listed credits for that billing period.
• Top-up credits are one-time purchases added to your balance.
• Promo codes are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Credits are delivered instantly, so purchases are generally non-refundable. If you were charged but did not receive credits, contact us and we will fix it.

Liability

ReachHop is provided "as is". We are not responsible for message delivery issues caused by WhatsApp, your device or network, or for actions WhatsApp takes on your number.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use ReachHop means you accept the updated terms.
